1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the FastRun website (fastrun.co) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
FastRun provides the following services:
- AI automation, chatbots, and workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, Make.com)
- Custom AI integrations (ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI APIs)
- Web and mobile app development
- WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce development
- SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing
- AI content, video, voice, and image generation
- GPU and cloud DevOps services
3. Quotes & Project Agreements
Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. A signed agreement or written confirmation is required before work begins. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work.
4. Payments
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. A 50% deposit is typically required to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the project agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information needed to deliver services
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Hold all necessary rights to materials you provide (logos, images, content)
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for your project. FastRun retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or generic code used in the delivery. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
FastRun delivers services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue, traffic, conversions). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
11. Changes to Terms
FastRun reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
