6. What is n8n and why should I care?

n8n is an open-source workflow automation tool — think Zapier, but self-hostable, dramatically cheaper at scale, and capable of running custom JavaScript. It is the backbone of most of our automation builds.

7. Should I use n8n, Zapier or Make.com?

Zapier is easiest for non-technical users but the most expensive at scale. Make.com is a great middle ground with visual flows. n8n is the best choice once you run more than ~2,000 tasks per month or need custom logic. We work with all three — see our blog for detailed comparisons.

8. Can you host n8n for me?

Yes. We can deploy n8n on your own VPS (DigitalOcean, Hetzner, AWS), on n8n Cloud, or on your private infrastructure. We handle SSL, backups, security and updates.

9. What kinds of automations do you typically build?

14. How much does it cost to run an AI chatbot?

15. Is my data safe with AI providers?

Yes, if you configure it correctly. Anthropic, OpenAI and Google all offer enterprise APIs that do not train on your data. We default to the privacy-safe options and can deploy open-source models on your own servers when required.

26. Do you require long-term contracts?

Never. Every project is scoped as a one-off delivery with a fixed price. Retainers are opt-in, month-to-month, and cancellable at any time.

27. How do you handle revisions?

We include two rounds of revisions on every build. Most projects do not need them because we align scope in writing before starting.

28. What is your refund policy?

If we have not started work, 100% refund. If we have started, we refund any unspent portion of the fee — no questions asked.

29. How do I pay?

Bank transfer, Wise, Stripe, PayPal or Payoneer. We invoice in GBP, USD, EUR or AED depending on your preference.

30. Who owns the code and AI prompts?

You do. Everything we build is delivered with full ownership — source code, prompts, API keys, credentials. We do not hold your business hostage.

31. Can I hire you on a retainer?

Yes. Many of our clients move onto a flexible monthly retainer after the initial build for ongoing automation tweaks, content updates and growth experiments.
