Privacy Policy

fastrun.co is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. This policy explains how website data is handled; project-specific processing is covered by the relevant client agreement.

Data we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, firm or company, and message so we can respond, assess your requirements and take steps towards a requested engagement. We may also receive basic server logs used to operate and secure the site.

Service providers and the AI assistant

The contact form is handled by FormSubmit, which sends the enquiry to us. Messages entered in the AI assistant are sent through our server-side integration to Google Gemini to generate a response. Do not enter confidential, special-category or client data into either feature unless it is necessary and appropriate.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retention and security

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to respond, manage a prospective business relationship and meet legal obligations. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Client engagements

Where fastrun.co processes personal data for a client, the responsibilities, instructions and safeguards are set out in the written agreement and, where required, a UK GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement. On-premise deployment can reduce external data flows but does not remove the client’s own compliance duties.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise a right, use the contact form.
