Website enquiries
We collect the name, email address, business name, service choice and message you provide to respond to your request. The form creates a private server-side enquiry record and receipt reference. FormSubmit sends a notification to our existing Gmail inbox; these providers also process the enquiry.
Do not include passwords, API keys, special-category information or confidential client records. Website lead records are retained for up to 90 days in the lead system, with an hourly cleanup while the service runs. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant information may be handled separately for that engagement. Email correspondence is retained according to the enquiry or engagement and any applicable record-keeping requirements.
Optional external AI
The guide retrieves approved public website passages locally. External AI is off until you tick the chat consent box. Without that consent, answers are generated from local website notes without an external model request.
Opting in sends your current question and recent chat context through OpenRouter to an external model provider. Free providers may retain messages or use them for model training. This is not represented as UK-only, on-premise or confidential processing. Never share sensitive information in this public guide.
You can untick the box to stop future AI requests; local website answers remain available. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that has already happened. We do not save chat history in our lead database. A short conversation context stays in the page while you use it; external provider policies also apply.
The guide can make mistakes and free models can be unavailable. Contact us to confirm an important detail. We do not use this site to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Why we process information
We use enquiry details to take pre-contract steps you request and pursue the legitimate interests of responding to business enquiries and protecting the website from abuse. Optional external AI processing relies on your consent. Providing information is voluntary, but we need a contact method to respond.
Technical information and cookies
This build does not add advertising analytics or tracking cookies. Limited hashed network identifiers and request counters help prevent spam and abuse; they are not used for visitor profiling. Our hosting and service providers may process connection data needed to deliver their services. The design loads a font from Google Fonts.
External services and international processing
Hosting, FormSubmit, Gmail, OpenRouter, model providers and the font service may process information internationally under their terms. Do not use the public guide for confidential or regulated data. Projects requiring specific locations or transfer safeguards must be assessed separately before any data is shared.
Your choices and rights
You can email us directly instead of using the form or AI guide. Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for future external AI requests by unticking the chat box.
